DTCE has released its position paper on eIDAS Secondary legislation development.
In the paper DTCE requests that the eIDAS Regulation as adopted by the European Commission & European Parliament is transposed in the eIDAS Secondary Legislation in a way that does not focus on a single approach precluding the usage of new solutions provided the security is ensured. The position paper has been delivered to European Commission Vice President Neelie Kroes.
